Dear AEGEEans!
We are happy to announce that the call for participants of the European Planning Meeting Tartu 2021 is now open!
The EPM will take place between the 3rd and 7th of February 2021.
Do you want to know how you can contribute in the transition towards a just and circular economy? Discover how different aspects of the circular economy are connected with themes like social equity, activism and entrepreneurship! Do you want to contribute to the strategic planning of AEGEE-Europe? Then this is the perfect event for you!
EPM (European Planning Meeting) consists of two parts – a thematic conference and the drafting of the Action Agenda. In the conference part, AEGEEans attend workshops, panels and presentations on a specific topic, this year the Circular Economy. In the drafting part, AEGEEans are able to contribute and create the Action Agenda – a yearly plan for the implementation of the Focus Areas in AEGEE.
Application process
The application deadline is Friday, the 27th of November at 23:59 CET.
Please make sure to apply on time (all applications submitted after the deadline will not be taken into consideration).
Local boards can approve the applications, add recommendations and comments to the applications of their members online until Sunday the 29th of November at 23:59 CET.
As always, applying for the European Planning Meeting does NOT mean you will be accepted, so please make sure to answer all the application questions carefully. Due to the fact that all participants of the European Planning Meeting represent themselves, and must be a member of an AEGEE local or contact, you will only be able to apply through your local, and not through a European body you are a member of. The exception are the bodies, having a role during the European Planning Meeting, which are the Comité Directeur and the Strategy Committee.
How can you apply?
Go to the MyAEGEE event and click ‘Apply’ in the left column.
Covid-19 information
The local organisers and all involved bodies are working very hard to make this event happen live in Tartu, following all measures needed for the safety of all participants. More detailed information, including the confirmation of a physical EPM or its alternatives will be shared with you as the time gets closer, in any case before the publishing of the participant selection results.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the CD via headoffice@aegee.org or incoming responsible Hanna Marrandi via epmtartu@aegee.eu
Follow the latest updates on EPM’s Facebook page.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Tartu!
